In the case of liquidation through the Court, the date of submission of the relevant application to the Court is the date to note for exemption purposes.

Additionally the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (DRCIP) announced that in cases where the resignation of the officers of a company after the 12th of March 2021 resulted in a company remaining without officers, the obligation to submit information regarding the ultimate beneficial owners to the UBO Register remains.
